Nice idea for a subject. Compositionally its too centered, if it were more to the left or right it may have been more successful. A landscape formated photograph may have worked well here, allowing the frog to appear more with in this habitat than this format. It seems to lack sharpness.

I think it works well with the frog centered, also with the 'portrait' crop, the space at the top is nice as the frog seems to be looking 'up' as if it may be going to jump. Overall, nice capture!
